Heidi Oswald Promoted to Financial Controller at East River FCU

Heidi Oswald has been promoted to Financial Controller at East River Federal Credit Union.

We are thrilled to announce that Heidi Oswald, a dedicated member of the East River Federal Credit Union team, has been promoted to the position of Financial Controller as of May 2024! 

Heidi joined the credit union as a Member Service Representative in November 2023, where she excelled at assisting members with their financial needs, whether on the front lines or answering calls. Her deep connection to our community — having lived in the Madison area her entire life — and her long history as an East River FCU member since 1995 bring a personal touch to her work. 

In her own words, Heidi shares: 
"From getting my first car loan to buying my first home, I’ve always had a great experience with the East River FCU team. Now, as an employee, I enjoy helping others and building a stronger financial community." 

As Financial Controller, Heidi will oversee financial operations and collections, ensuring that our credit union remains a reliable resource for our members. Her enthusiasm, collaborative spirit, and commitment to our mission make her an invaluable part of our team.
