Are you interested in growing your career in the credit union industry? Would you like to expand your network and gain some professional connections?

Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) has an incredible opportunity for you! In the interest of engaging more credit union young professionals, our Annual Summit will again feature an incredible Crasher opportunity for those age 35 or under!

AND – the really big news: Christopher Morris, Midwest Engagement Consultant at Credit Union National Association (CUNA), will be leading our group as Crasher Facilitator and Mentor!

Christopher earned his Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designation in 2005 and has helped lead the transformational CUDE Training for hundreds of credit union professionals as a mentor and facilitator for over a dozen programs. He has led communications for the National Credit Union Foundation and CUNA Councils; received the “Trailblazer” award from CU Times; and was profiled as a “CU Rock Star” by Credit Union Magazine. He is an extremely talented, enthusiastic, and trained credit union professional – not to mention, an all-around great guy!

“We are thrilled to have Christopher Morris as our Crasher Facilitator this year,” stated Jeff Olson, DakCU President/CEO. “Our staff has benefited from his knowledge in our staff strategic planning meetings, as well as numerous credit union events that we have hosted over the past several years. We know those who are selected as Crashers for our 2022 Summit will leave feeling reinvigorated, as well as more knowledgeable about our industry.”

Olson continues, “I strongly encourage our credit union affiliates to sponsor their emerging leaders for this program. It will have an enormous impact on their careers, goals, and professional development, and there is no better way to build and sustain our movement than to provide this mentoring platform,” he added.

As a Summit Crasher, you will have the opportunity to take in top industry speakers, gain valuable insight about the credit union movement, expand your knowledge, and enhance your professional development and network.

Click here to apply no later than April 5. Crashers will be announced in the Memo on April 11.

*Crashers receive FREE Registration, made possible by your Dakota Credit Union Association and our trusted strategic partner, Millennium Corporate. That’s a $379 value! The only cost Crashers and their credit union will endure is hotel rooms and travel expenses. Please contact George McDonald if you have questions about our Crasher opportunity.

This year’s Summit will be held May 10 – 11 at the Holiday Inn – Rushmore Plaza in Rapid City, South Dakota. Review the complete conference agenda and speaker lineup here.
