What’s Ahead at This Year’s DakCU Summit

DakCU’s Annual Summit features a strong keynote lineup and can’t-miss sessions. Register by May 1.

The Dakota Credit Union Association’s Annual Summit, May 12-14, is designed to deliver a strong balance of education, connection, and flexibility giving you the opportunity to make the most of your time. Registration closes tomorrow, so don't wait!

For those arriving early, registration opens Tuesday, May 12 at 4:00 p.m., followed by pre-conference sessions, including the Small Credit Union Forum, beginning at 5:00 p.m.

We’ll kick things off bright and early Wednesday, May 13, as Taylor Murray will lead our first general keynote session, Credit Union PhD, followed by an NCUA update from Western Region Director Julie Cayse.

After a networking break, attendees can choose from three breakout sessions:

• Regulatory Trends & Insights: Compliance Updates with Crystal Streeper, ViClarity
• Understanding Stablecoins – The Bridge Between Digital Assets and Traditional Finance with Clark Dumas, Visa
• Mind Share, Market Share, Wallet Share: Growth by Design with Jeff Rendel, Rising Above Enterprises

The momentum continues into the afternoon with another round of relevant topics, including:

• Emerging Fraud Threats with Greg Lenihan, Rippleshot.
• The New Rules of Member Engagement with Catie McDonald
• Leading at the Speed of Members with Jeff Rendel, Rising Above Enterprises

We’ll wrap up the day with an advocacy update and a highly anticipated economic update from TruStage Chief Economist Steve Rick, followed by the popular Exhibitor Showcase & Social.

Thursday, May 14 begins with our Summit golf outing at Elks Golf Course, along with a special non-golfer experience featuring a scenic drive past Mount Rushmore and a guided tour through Rushmore Cave. After lunch, attendees can once again tailor their experience with forward-looking breakout sessions:

The afternoon concludes with Todd Cetnar on Mental Performance: 3 Pillars of Elite Results, followed by our Annual Business Meeting and the Annual Awards Banquet.

After the Awards Banquet that evening, stick around for Not Your Granny’s Bingo, a lively, can’t-miss way to wrap up the day with laughs, prizes, and a little friendly competition. This isn’t the quiet, sit-down bingo you might expect.
