Voyage FCU and Dakotaland FCU earned national Diamond Awards for standout marketing and campaigns.
Voyage Federal Credit Union (FCU), Sioux Falls, SD, and Dakotaland Federal Credit Union (FCU), Huron, SD were both recognized among this year’s Diamond Award winners, presented by the America’s Credit Unions Marketing PR & Development Council. The annual competition honors excellence in credit union marketing, public relations, and development.

Voyage FCU received recognition for the following campaigns in the $250 million – $1 billion asset category:
• Community Partnerships or Endorsements – The Voyager - Category’s Best
• Brand Storytelling & Purpose Video – The Moments that Matter
• Multifaceted – The Voyager

Dakotaland FCU earned a Diamond Award in the “Diamond in the Rough” category for its campaign, The Dakotaland Home Loan Gnome, within the $250 million to $1 billion asset category.

“We’re incredibly proud of the work behind these campaigns and what they represent,” said Voyage FCU Marketing Manager Tiffany Mutchler. “By focusing on meaningful stories and local connections, we were able to create something that goes beyond traditional financial marketing. Partnering with The Sampson House made that possible—they’ve been an invaluable extension of our team in bringing these ideas to life.”

“We’re always proud to see Dakota credit unions recognized on a national stage,” said Dakota Credit Union Association Interim President/CEO George McDonald. “Recognition like this speaks to the strength of our credit unions - it’s not just about great campaigns, but about understanding your members, telling meaningful stories, and showing up in your communities in ways that make a real difference.”

The 2026 competition drew a record 1,481 submissions, with 181 organizations from 42 states selected as winners and a total of 330 awards presented, underscoring the exceptional quality, creativity, and impact of credit union marketing efforts nationwide.
