Tonya Harden Joins Aspire as CFO Aspire Credit Union has announced the hiring of Tonya Harden as Chief Financial Officer. Graduating with an Accounting degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2000, she is thrilled about this new opportunity. With 19 years of recent expertise in lending and loans, Harden brings a wealth of experience to Aspire. Having a history with Aspire Credit Union, she worked there 27 years ago as a Member Service Representative when it was known as Prairie Federal Credit Union. Coming full circle with her hire, Harden recalls the positive office culture that still echoes today, a perk in coming back. She is a natural fit to our culture and a positive addition to the credit union movement.” Before her financial career, Harden served in the Army National Guard, deploying to Iraq from 2003 to 2004 as a Communications Operator and Maintainer. Aligning with Aspire's commitment to community support, Harden is actively involved in the Velva School Board and the Velva Area Dollar’s for Scholars committee. Family time is cherished by Harden, with her husband Mike and three children, Bayley (26), Anna (16), and Tylie (14), who keep her busy with sports and school activities. Gravseth Transfers to Capital CU’s Financial Services Team Tyler Gravseth recently transferred to Capital Credit Union’s Financial Services Team. He will serve as financial services representative for the credit union’s Hazen Branch. As a financial services representative, Gravseth will be responsible for consumer lending including auto, recreational vehicle and home equity loans; delivery of deposit products such as checking and savings accounts, money market accounts and certificates of deposit; and actively soliciting, promoting and servicing credit union products and services. Gravseth graduated from Bismarck State College with an associate degree in agronomy and Dickinson State University with a bachelor's degree in finance. He has been with Capital Credit Union since March 2022, most recently as a business credit analyst at the Main Office in Bismarck. He and his wife, Megan, recently moved to Beulah with their twin daughters and dog, Scout. Capital CU Announces Insurance Agent Kate Lorenz Capital Credit Union has announced the hiring of Kate Lorenz as an insurance agent for Capital Insurance Services, LLC, at their Al & Curt Hektner Insurance Office, located at 3170 43rd St. S., Ste. 104 in Fargo. Alloya Appoints Tracy Lafferty as CEO of QCash Financial Alloya Corporate FCU has announced that Tracy Lafferty has been named the Chief Executive Officer of QCash Financial, LLC, a wholly owned credit union service organization (CUSO) of Alloya. Effective immediately, Lafferty replaces Seth Brickman.Over the past three years, Seth and his team have led QCash through a period of significant growth and have greatly raised awareness within the credit union community about the value of equitable and inclusive lending delivered through an innovative mobile technology experience.
