Capital Credit Union Announces Staff Promotions Kyla Stampka was recently promoted to controller at Capital Credit Union’s Main Office in Bismarck. As controller, Stampka will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, directing the activities of the Accounting Department and assisting in managing the credit union’s investment portfolio. Stampka has a bachelor's degree from the University of Mary and lives in Bismarck with her husband, Matt, and daughters, Kailey and Emmalie. She has been with Capital Credit Union for more than 11 years, most recently as the accounting supervisor at the Main Office. Tonya Berger was recently promoted to assistant branch manager at Capital Credit Union’s Sunrise Branch in Bismarck. Berger has been with Capital Credit Union for seven years, most recently as a member services supervisor and universal services representative at the Mandan Branch. She lives in Mandan with her husband, James, and children, Sadie and Aiden. Courtney Vollan was recently promoted to universal services representative at Capital Credit Union’s South Branch in Bismarck. Vollan earned a bachelor's degree in finance and business from Dickinson State University in 2020. She has been with Capital Credit Union for six years, most recently as a member services associate at Bismarck’s Sunrise Branch. In their new positions, Berger and Vollan will be responsible for consumer lending including auto, recreational vehicle and home equity loans, delivery of deposit products such as money market accounts and certificates of deposit, and actively soliciting, promoting, and servicing credit union products and services.
