Voyage FCU Announces Organizational Restructure Voyage Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce a strategic organizational restructure designed to enhance their operational efficiency and member services. This restructure includes the appointment of Miranda Gallagher as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and several key internal promotions. Miranda Gallagher joins Voyage FCU with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. Her leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving the credit union’s financial strategy and ensuring robust financial health as they continue to grow and serve their members. Chris Harmon has been promoted to AVP of Operations and will oversee the Voyage FCU contact center and deposit operations including complex payment solutions. Emily Westrup has been promoted to AVP of Member Services and will oversee the Branch Managers at Dawley Farms, Crossroads, Benson, and Vermillion. Isaac Van Orman been promoted to Branch Manager at the Dawley Farms location. As member services manager west region, Strickland will supervise frontline service staff at the credit union’s Hazen and New Salem branches, executing strategies to help achieve the credit union’s growth goals. She will be responsible for providing members with services on a variety of complex transactions while following the credit union’s core values and service standards. Strickland has been with Capital Credit Union since July 2023, most recently as a universal services representative at the Hazen Branch. Prior to joining Capital Credit Union, she worked as a customer service representative at Dakota Community Bank & Trust. Strickland earned an associate in arts degree and associate in science degree from Bismarck State College in 2021 and currently lives in Beulah. Capital Credit Union Hires Lori Yarbrough Capital Credit Union has announced the hiring of Lori Yarbrough as member relationship manager at their Main Office, located at 204 W Thayer Ave. in Bismarck. As member relationship manager, Yarbrough will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the credit union’s consumer and business members, providing personalized financial guidance, and assisting members in achieving their financial goals. She previously worked at Capital CU beginning in 1999 and remained for 15 years before pursuing other interests. Yarbrough rejoins the Capital Credit Union team from U.S. Bank where she worked for five years as a branch manager. Prior to that, she worked at Bismarck’s Abused Adult Resource Center and for the City of Bismarck. Yarbrough graduated from Minot State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and is a member of BisMan Power of 100. Yarbrough has one son and lives in Bismarck with her husband, Noland, and two dogs.
