Holiday Schedule
DakCU offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, in observation of Independence Day. The day marks the historical event when the United States of America declared its independence from the rule of Great Britain. The declaration was adopted on July 4, 1776, and therefore, the holiday is commonly referred to as the Fourth of July or July Fourth. Please have a safe and enjoyable holiday! 
 
Dakota Plains CU Seeking Operations Assistant
Dakota Plains Credit Union is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant. This is a flexible opportunity with the option to work in any of three branch offices: Edgeley, Ellendale, or Enderlin, ND. An overview of responsibilities includes: working closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations and with other departments and branches to complete routine processes; promotion of credit union products and assisting members; and providing support to other credit union staff. The perfect candidate is able to multitask with strong analytical, time management and organizational skills. Preferred skills include proficiency in Microsoft 365, experience in a business environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail.

President/CEO Opportunity in Fargo
Fargo Public Schools Federal Credit Union is now seeking their next President/CEO. Credit Unions United Chapter Pool Party
The Credit Unions United Chapter is planning their annual pool party on Tuesday, June 25, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Roosevelt Park Pool & Slide in Minot, ND. Families are invited to join and prizes will be given away. In case of inclement weather, contact your credit union or listen to local radio stations for cancellation notice.
 
Credit Unions United Launches “Operation Thank You”
Credit Unions United Chapter has once again launched “Operation Thank You” to support local veterans. Participating credit unions will be collecting personal care items and hygiene products now through July 15. Cash Donations are accepted at North Star Community Credit Union; contact Sandi Widdel with any questions or to make a contribution.
