In this role, Kaigler will oversee branch financial and member services staff and be responsible for consumer lending including auto, recreational vehicle and home equity loans, delivery of deposit products such as money market accounts and certificates of deposit, and actively soliciting, promoting, and servicing credit union products and services. Kaigler has been with Capital Credit Union for nearly five years, most recently as a financial services representative at the Northwest Branch. ![]() Andersen Earns Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist Designation Amber Andersen, Compliance Analyst at Town & Country Credit Union, earned her Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) designation early this month. The designation signifies commitment to identifying the latest forms of illicit financial activities and understanding evolving Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Laws. In order to receive the designation, Andersen was required to complete the Credit Union National Association BSA/AML eSchool program and pass an exam. Andersen earned her degree in Business Administration from Minnesota School of Business – Moorhead. Andersen has held multiple positions at the credit union, including Internal Auditor and Assistant Branch Manager. In addition to eight years of customer service experience, she carries over three years of compliance-related experience in the finance industry. Red River Chapter Hosting Red Hawks Event The Red River Chapter of Credit Unions is hosting an evening at the Red Hawks on Tuesday, July 27th @ 7:02 p.m. Gather at the 3rd Base Line Party Deck for an all you can eat buffet featuring hot dogs, brats and pulled pork sandwiches along with potato salad, potato chips and pop and water.
