Welcome to the team, Terry Weaver, DakCU’s new Executive Administrator.
We are pleased to welcome Terry Weaver to the Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) team as our new Executive Administrator.

Terry brings more than 30 years of experience in program management, administration, event logistics, contract negotiation, budget management, and stakeholder coordination. Her extensive background provides a strong foundation for the Executive Administrator position and will be a valuable asset to DakCU.

For the past 19 years, Terry has served with the North Dakota Safety Council, most recently as Traffic Safety Program Manager. In that role, she managed statewide programs from planning and implementation through evaluation and reporting. Her responsibilities included overseeing budgets, contracts, grant requirements, program compliance, instructor networks, strategic partnerships, and large-scale training and educational initiatives. She also worked closely with government agencies, law enforcement, businesses, schools, and community organizations throughout North Dakota.

Earlier in her career, Terry spent 10 years in corporate travel and program management, where she planned and coordinated corporate meetings, incentive programs, travel, and special events. Her responsibilities included contract negotiations, venue and hotel coordination, registration databases, budget management, and on-site logistics.

“Terry brings an incredible depth of experience in administration, program management, and coordinating complex initiatives,” said DakCU President & CEO Joe Keller. “Her background, attention to detail, and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders will be a tremendous asset to our team. We are excited to welcome her to DakCU and look forward to the experience and perspective she will bring to the organization.”

“I am truly excited about this opportunity and the new challenges that come with it,” said Weaver. “DakCU is an organization with a strong purpose and an important role in supporting credit unions across the Dakotas, and I am excited to be part of that work. I look forward to bringing my experience to the team, learning new things, and contributing in a meaningful way.”

In her new role, she will support DakCU’s team, Board of Directors, and overall operations. Her experience in administration, program and event management, budget oversight, and stakeholder relations will help support the coordination and day-to-day responsibilities of the association while ensuring DakCU continues to provide a high level of service and support to our member credit unions.

Weaver officially joined the DakCU team on September 14. You can reach her at [email protected] or 701-250-3926. Please join us in welcoming Terry to the team!
