DakCU Seeking Member Engagement & Communications Coordinator

​An opportunity for someone with writing and social media skills to facilitate public relations and communication efforts. 

The Dakota Credit Union Association is seeking a passionate, relationship-driven professional to join our team as Member Engagement and Communications Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, telling meaningful stories, and helping strengthen the credit union movement across the Dakotas. The position serves as a liaison between DakCU and affiliated credit unions, supporting member engagement initiatives while leading a variety of communications efforts, including The Memo, public relations, social media, advocacy messaging, Foundation communications, and member outreach.

The successful candidate will help elevate the voices of our member credit unions, promote the value of DakCU programs and services, and encourage participation in advocacy efforts, educational opportunities, events, and initiatives that support the cooperative spirit of credit unions.

The preferred location for this position is our Bismarck headquarters, with Sioux Falls serving as a secondary location option. Remote arrangements may also be considered for qualified candidates residing in North Dakota or South Dakota.
