Shawn Marie Brummer has announced her retirement effective December 13, 2024. Therefore, Dakota Credit Union Association has an amazing opportunity for someone with exceptional writing and social media skills to fill the role of Communications and Content Specialist.

The Communications and Content Specialist is responsible for performing external and internal communications functions that support the Dakota Credit Union Association’s strategies. Primary duties are to maintain brand consistency while providing information and resources to member credit unions through writing, editing, content creation, public relations, and social media efforts as well as maintaining a biweekly electronic newsletter.

Credit union experience is desired but not required. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. This position would preferably be located in Bismarck; however, remote options will be considered from South Dakota, North Dakota, or Minnesota.
