TruStage™ Marks 90 Years of Partnership with the Credit Union Industry
Yesterday, September 10, 2025, TruStage™ (formerly CUNA Mutual Group) marked its 90th anniversary, celebrating nearly a century of partnership and service to the credit union industry. The event reflected on TruStage’s legacy of innovation, advocacy, and commitment to financial security, highlighted by a live interview with PosTel Family Credit Union CEO Rick Hanson and TruStage EVP Tammy Schultz—recognizing PosTel as the first credit union to sell a TruStage insurance policy. In gratitude, TruStage honored PosTel with two monetary contributions: one to the credit union and another to a cause close to its heart.
 
House GOP Pac Golf Fundraiser
The House GOP PAC hosted its annual Golf Fundraiser on August 11 in Mitchell, bringing together lawmakers, supporters, and community leaders for a day of networking and friendly competition. Among the participants were Joey Rotert, Black Hills FCU, Tiffany Mutchler, Voyage FCU, and Samantha Jaton, Voyage FCU, who teamed up on the course with House Whip Greg Jamison. The event provided an opportunity to connect with state leaders in a relaxed setting while supporting efforts to advance key legislative priorities.

Combating Elder Fraud – Roundtable Discussions
Join AARP and elder fraud expert Paul Greenwood for a 90-minute roundtable addressing the impacts of fraud on older adults, common misconceptions, investigation strategies, and ways to support victims. Greenwood, a retired San Diego Deputy District Attorney and AARP Fraud Ambassador, will lead discussions on best practices and prevention efforts.
