Highlights included the unveiling of a mural by artist Aaron Pearcy, honoring the history of Ellsworth Air Force Base and the Box Elder community, as well as tours, refreshments, and giveaways. The branch’s design, inspired by an airplane hangar, pays tribute to Sentinel’s roots on Ellsworth AFB, where it was founded 70 years ago. “We were honored to celebrate this special occasion with our members and the community,” said Dorothy Voorhees, CEO of Sentinel Federal Credit Union. “The Liberty Branch represents our continued dedication to support a growing Box Elder community. The unveiling of Aaron Pearcy’s mural was a particularly special moment, as it beautifully reflects the history and values of the community we serve.
