Capital Credit Union to Open New Fargo Branch Capital Credit Union today announced the upcoming opening of its new Fargo branch, located at 3137 32nd Avenue South. Capital Credit Union’s insurance agency, Capital Insurance Services LLC, will also be located at the branch. Set to open in early 2026, the new Fargo branch will offer members convenient access to Capital Credit Union’s full range of personal and business financial services including savings and checking accounts, mortgage loans, auto and recreational vehicle loans, business and agriculture loans, investments, insurance and more. Bluestone Federal Credit Union to Open New Branch Concept Bluestone Federal Credit Union will soon break ground on its fourth Sioux Falls location, a microbranch near 41st Street and Sertoma Avenue designed to maximize financial services within a smaller footprint. The branch will feature interactive ATMs that provide two-way video support with member service representatives, including two machines inside and one outdoors for 24/7 access, while also offering lending services and in-person support during business hours. “The microbranch concept allows us to offer our members the services they want and need closest to home and work,” said Alayna Johnson, president of Bluestone Federal Credit Union, noting the new branch expands access for members west of I-29 while maintaining the personal service that defines Bluestone. NCUA Launches AI Resources for Credit Unions The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) has launched a new webpage offering credit unions guidance on adopting and managing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The resources cover AI implementation, risk management, data security, cybersecurity, and practical use cases—helping credit unions make informed decisions whether they’re just exploring AI or looking to strengthen existing AI practices.
