Aspire Credit Union Announces Promotions Within Lending Department Aspire Credit Union has announced the promotions of three team members within its lending department, recognizing their leadership, expertise, and dedication to serving members. The promotions reflect the credit union's continued investment in developing talent and strengthening its mortgage lending team. Alissa Mack has been promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer after serving Aspire Credit Union since 2019 in consumer lending and collections roles. She was recently recognized as Minot Daily News' Best Loan Officer in the community-voted Best of the Best awards. Kayli Olson has advanced to Junior Mortgage Lender following significant growth since joining the mortgage team in 2024, while Harmony Wilkie has been promoted to Lead Mortgage Processor, bringing extensive experience and leadership to Aspire's mortgage operations. Chief Lending Officer Bobbi Hansen praised each employee for their commitment to members, professional growth, and contributions to the lending team. Felderman brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and community engagement, most recently serving in a leadership role at Huron Regional Medical Center. The announcement also marks a new chapter for Dakotaland's marketing team as longtime marketing leader Dawn Mutchelknaus transitions to Vice President of Community Marketing. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening relationships in existing communities while helping expand the credit union's outreach in new markets.
