Railway Credit Union's Scott Johs earned the Certified  Business Lending Professional designation, while Aspen FCU's Myles Burnham and Northern Hills FCU's Misty Winter graduated from Management School.

Railway Credit Union's Scott Johs Earns Business Lending Certification
Congratulations to Scott Johs of Railway Credit Union in Bismarck on completing America's Credit Unions' Business Lending Certification School and earning the Certified Credit Union Business Lending Professional (CBLP)™ designation.
 
The rigorous three-year certification program provides an in-depth understanding of every aspect of commercial and business lending, covering topics such as administration, regulations, credit analysis, and best practices for serving business members. Each year includes a week-long course followed by a comprehensive exam, with participants earning the CBLP designation upon successfully completing all three years.

"Completing the CBLP program in Madison, Wisconsin was a great experience. It challenged me to think differently, strengthened my commercial lending knowledge, and gave me tools I use every day. I'm thankful to Railway Credit Union for investing in my development and giving me the opportunity to grow. I'm excited to use what I've learned to better serve our business members and continue growing in my career," says Scott.

Myles Burnham Completes Credit Union Management School
Aspen Federal Credit Union is proud to celebrate Executive Vice President Myles Burnham on his graduation from Credit Union Management School, a significant achievement that reflects his commitment to leadership, professional growth, and the credit union philosophy.

Myles has dedicated the past 17 years to serving Aspen FCU, building an inspiring career that began as a Teller before advancing to Loan Officer, Operations Manager, and ultimately Executive Vice President. His journey is a testament to the opportunities that exist within the credit union movement and the impact of investing in people.

Throughout his career, Myles has become known not only for his leadership but also for his genuine dedication to those around him. He is a trusted mentor, an enthusiastic supporter of his team, and someone who consistently encourages others to grow both personally and professionally. His servant leadership and passion for helping people embody the values that make credit unions unique.

"Watching Myles grow into the leader he is today has been an incredible journey," said the Aspen FCU team. "His unwavering commitment to our members, our employees, and our community continues to inspire all of us. We couldn't be prouder of this well-deserved accomplishment."

Credit Union Management School is an intensive, three-year executive education program designed to develop credit union leaders through rigorous coursework in strategic planning, financial management, leadership development, and organizational strategy.
