The Board of Directors of Town & Country Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Kalli Schell as the credit union’s new President/Chief Executive Officer.
“The CEO search and interviews had many qualified applicants in consideration for the CEO position. The Board is excited to announce Kalli Schell as the new President/CEO,” said Jan Kostad, Board Chair. “Kalli’s extensive knowledge of Town and Country operations along with her vision and plan for the Organization makes Kalli the right candidate to lead our credit union forward for many years to come and serve our members well.” Schell is a seasoned credit union executive with over twenty years of experience driving strategic growth, optimizing operational efficiencies, and enhancing member satisfaction. She is dedicated to developing and leading high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence and integrity, with a proven track record for decisive decision-making and delivering value to members. Schell began her career at Town & Country Credit Union in 2000 as a Member Service representative. Throughout the years, she has held many positions, including Agriculture Loan Processor, Loan Processing Supervisor, VP Loan Servicing, SVP Chief Operations Officer, Interim President/CEO, and most recently as the Senior Executive Vice President. “I am deeply honored and excited to serve as the President/CEO of Town & Country Credit Union,” said Schell. “Together with our dedicated team, we will build on our strong history, prioritize the needs of our 27,000 members, and drive growth that enhances our services and strengthens our community impact.” Schell serves as a Youth Mentor for Companion for Children, volunteers for Magic City Youth Baseball, serves as a classroom instructor for Junior Achievement, is a member of the national Operations and Member Experience Council, and serves as a Meals on Wheel Delivery driver for the Minot Commission on Aging.
