Awards Deadline Approaching

Many Dakota credit unions and individuals have gone above and beyond for our industry. The DakCU Awards acknowledge their accomplishments! 

With the busy holiday season fast approaching, it’s easy for important opportunities to slip through the cracks don’t forget to recognize the outstanding individuals and credit unions making a difference in our Dakota credit union community. Now is the time to submit your DakCU Award nominations! While the deadline is January 9, we encourage early submissions to ensure deserving individuals and credit unions are recognized.
 
Categories include:
Marketing and Communications Awards encompass three credit union asset sizes with three distinct award categories including: Complete Marketing Campaign; Social Media Campaign; and Printed Marketing Campaign.
 
Social Impact Awards include both credit unions and individuals. One credit union from each state, North and South Dakota, along with one individual from each state, are eligible for this honor.
 
Professional of the Year – recognizes one dedicated credit union employee that consistently performs in an extraordinary manner.
 
Emerging Leader – recognizes one credit union employee each year that is considered a rising star.
 
Volunteer of the Year – recognizes one credit union volunteer that has selflessly contributed time, effort, and talent to the development of the credit union movement.
 
Chapter of the Year – recognizes one active chapter for its outstanding achievements.
 
Hall of Fame Award Distinguished Service Award – honors individuals who have shown exceptional dedication to the credit union movement through a lifetime of contributions.
 
Scholarships available:
Arnold Paulson Scholarship – $300 is awarded to one individual to attend the DakCU Summit.

Dakota credit unions and many accomplished credit union professionals have gone above and beyond for our industry, and they deserve to be formally recognized. Please consider submitting a nomination (or nominations) today.
