There’s been a lot of buzz lately – in the marketing world, and even with our New Ideas Conference last October – about “Telling Your Story.” Everyone loves a good story, and that’s especially true when it comes to advertising. Combine that with the multitude of things that credit unions do for their communities, and you have a recipe for success! Storytelling is, in fact, one of the oldest forms of communication. It’s how we connect, interact, and engage. So why not tell your credit union’s story through the power of Facebook? Give a “behind the scenes” look at your credit union. Showcase what your credit union is doing to help your members, and the greater community. It’s perfectly fine to “toot your own horn!” With the holiday season upon us, credit unions step up even more with their volunteering, donations, and giving back. Do not squander the opportunity to share your stories! Here are a few examples of some Facebook posts that are “telling a story.” Comments are closed.
