2026 PAC Awards

DakCU honored credit unions for outstanding advocacy support and PAC engagement during the 2026 DakCU Summit.

​The North Dakota and South Dakota Political Advocacy Committees (PAC) recognized outstanding advocacy leadership during the 2026 Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) Summit and Awards Banquet held May 12-14 at The Box in Box Elder, South Dakota. The PAC Awards honor credit unions that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to supporting credit union advocacy efforts and advancing policies that protect and strengthen the credit union movement at both the state and national levels.
 
Through contributions to DakCUPAC, DakCU’s political action committee, these credit unions continue to invest in the future of the industry and help ensure credit unions maintain a strong voice on legislative and regulatory issues impacting members and communities across the Dakotas.
 
To earn the distinction of PAC Award Pacesetter, a credit union must meet or exceed the annual contribution goal of $24 per employee and volunteer. DakCU congratulates the following 2026 PAC Award Pacesetters:

DakCU also recognized this year’s Champion Award winners, presented annually to the credit union in each state that achieved the highest percentage above their PAC fundraising goal during the previous year.

• Oahe Federal Credit Union, South Dakota Champion Award winner, reaching 559% over goal.
